A few nice stainless steel machining China images I found:

at the end of the night, the whole line is pulled apart and hosed down. It’s no small feat to get all the stems, juice and skins off a series of machines that have been soaking in them all day. It’s all the little nooks an crannies that take all the time. Start at the top and work your way down

Anything that presses down to 6 atmospheres has to be pretty substantial. Pressing food, it has to be stainless steel. That is one damn expensive press, boys and girls.

Nothing at the winery is cheap except the guy holding the loans.

Where the heck has Marie been?

I’ve been working at a winery — "the crush" they call it. 7 days a week, 12-14 hour days — I’ve been doing a bit of everything and coming home covered in grape juice, earwigs and wine.

Of course, there’ll be all sorts of photos of my 2 month adventure, but I’ll need a day off. Be good while I’m gone.
